How to Avoid Conflict?
If you don't want conflict go to the mountains and become an hermit. I know some hermitage have headaches too, nevertheless. The title is really "How to Handle Conflict."
After finishing a short free nonverified or audit online course about family business, I would like to share with you this 5 Conflict Management Strategy, and just discuss one of it though.
It's accomodating, avoiding, collaborating, compromising, competing. I never knew accommodating wins your customers. If it's just about petty details, small amounts short of full payment, etc. always give them the lighter side of it and never argue. That's it. Even your just chitchatting with your customers and they have a different political opinion than yours, for the sake of art, don't give a damn. If you want them fast in deciding what to buy, for God's sake be patient, and give them all the time they want to decide. Small inconsequencial things like a customer haven't yet paid the 5 peso biscuit yet, and he suddenly went off, for God's sake, forget about it, more so if he or she is a good customer of yours.
Diffusing a conflict on the other hand, if you're like me who most likely question dealer agent why they're giving products I don't order, in a rather ill manner, is somewhat counterproductive, and the video below will teach you how:
Advance your business career or any course you're interested with by using your free time auditing courses of audit track (which you can pay your diploma if you need one) or getting an honor code or free certificate with verified certificate track on https://www.edx.org/
